Is PayExpo going ahead in 2020?

PayExpo will take place as scheduled on 6-7 October 2020. The UK government has announced that business events and conferences will be given the go ahead to reopen on 1 October. Pilots are currently taking place at selected event venues, including our venue, the Business Design Centre. These pilots will test how best to implement social distancing practices and keep you safe.

What are the dates and timings of PayExpo 2020?

The dates of the show are:

Tuesday, 6th October 2020
8.00 to 18.30

Wednesday, 7th October 2020
8.30 to 16.30

Where will PayExpo be taking place?

The event will be taking place at the Business Design Centre, 52 Upper Street, London, N1 0QH

Where can I book accommodation?

Do I qualify for a free pass?

PayExpo is free-to-attend for retail banks, gaming operators, government, investors, startups*, retailers and other merchants. Book your ticket here.

Book your pass

*To qualify for a startup pass your company must be less than 24 months old,  have received less than $2m in overall funding and not have exhibited at PayExpo before. Startup passes are not available for consultancies

How much does it cost to attend PayExpo?

For those who do not qualify for a free pass, tickets cost £1299 + VAT. You can view our early bird prices and book your ticket here

What food and drink is available?

Lunch will be served from the main catering points on both days of the event and tea, coffee and snacks will be available during the networking breaks. You will also find a wide range of restaurants, cafés and pubs nearby.

Is parking available?

If you are driving to the Business Design Centre, you can make use of the 150-space Upper Street car park located next to the venue and the Hilton Hotel. More information and pricing

Is there disabled access?

The Business Design Centre is a fully DDA compliant venue. For more details please visit their website here.

I need a visa to attend, can you help?

To visit the United Kingdom you may need to apply for a visa. We cannot issue visas nor be responsible for any visa applications; however, we can support you by providing an invitation letter. For us to complete the letter we will require the following information:

Full name as it appears on the passport
Full company name 
Full Job title 
Nationality 
Date of birth 
Passport number 
Expiry date 
Issue date
Dates of travel

Please note that only those who have had their booking approved can request an invitation letter. If you have received an email confirming your booking, you can contact Seth Mayiza to request a visa invitation letter. 

Will I be provided with access to the conference presentations after the event?

A link to the conference presentations will be shared 2 weeks after the event. Please note that we can only share material that we have been given permission to distribute. 

I have registered but I haven't received access to the networking app. Why?

The networking app with go live two weeks before the event to give you time to plan your schedule and organise meetings with other delegates. If you don't receive your invitation in this period or you have any other issues using or accessing the app, please contact Seth Mayiza ( seth.mayiza@clarionevents.com).

I am an exhibitor – how do I find additional services for my stand?

For access to our exhibitor manual, please contact Melissa (melissa.conroy@clarionevents.com).

I am an exhibitor – how do I register passes for my team?

You or the person coordinating your participation will receive a link and login details for our exhibitor portal where you can register the passes included in your sponsorship package and buy additional passes. 

Where can I find banners and invites to promote our participation?

Over the coming weeks we will share a link to download a range of banners, logos and invite for you to share with your network. For now, please contact Andrew Earle (andrew.earle@clarionevents.com).

I have been offered the PayExpo delegate list for a fee by a third party. Is this legitimate?

The Clarion Events Group is the owner of all data in relation to our events and NEVER sells any of its data. If you receive such unsolicited offers, please do not respond as these offers have not been authorised by Clarion.
