Adam is Head of ATM Access to Cash Services for NatWest Group. He has over 20 years’ experience in the cash and ATM marketplace and is accountable for the bank’s ATM estate, branch cash automation and the provision of services for ATMs at Tesco stores. Previous responsibilities included leading, designing and executing the NatWest polymer banknote transition and wider wholesale cash strategy programmes. Adam has been a member of the LINK Consumer Council since 2014 with focus on protecting access to cash across the UK.
