David is the Head of Payments for Now TV – Sky’s streaming service in the UK and Ireland, and for Sky Spain. He’s responsible for defining and delivering a payments vision that provides customer choice and flexibility, alongside business security and revenue assurance. He’s passionate about giving world class customer experiences, using data science to drive marginal gains and generally trying things that haven’t been done before (a mixture of great results and glorious failures in this space thus far).

Prior to Sky he worked for Deloitte Digital – running consulting projects for Media clients, specialising in using technology to improve customer management and drive more efficient sales processes. Outside of work he loves travel (currently trying to make it to every country in the world), London life, his two pet cats and great coffee.
