Edwin Sanders works at Rabobank, where he is Lead Strategy for Payments. He has over 10 years retail banking experience in different roles. In his current role, he defines long term strategies and create partnerships around payments to safeguard and grow the daily engagement with customers. In his work he covers a broad range of topics that might impact the lifelines with the customers like CBDC, open banking or the competitive playing field in the future. Edwin has a masters degree in Economics. In his free time he enjoys sporting, watching his favourite soccer team or spending time with his friends socializing over drinks. He also likes to explore new destinations and immerse himself in different cultures.
