Evan Daniels serves as Fintech Sandbox Counsel at the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, where he oversees the administration of Arizona’s first-in-the-nation regulatory sandbox. Evan co-wrote the legislation creating the Arizona sandbox and supervised the program’s launch in August 2018. Since that time, the Arizona sandbox has approved eight participants testing a variety of financial products and services related to payments, consumer lending, investment advising, blockchain, and digital assets. Evan is a graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law, Norwich University, where he studied Diplomacy and International Affairs, and Arizona State University.
