Flavia Alzetta is an international CEO, NED and Senior Advisor. She has a significant experience in scaling and transforming businesses  through innovative customer-driven strategies, digitalisation, and strategic partnerships. She has worked across a variety of business from financial services, to payments to traveltech. She has held several senior executive roles at leading businesses, including CEO of Payments Services  eCommerce at Nets Group and CEO of Contis Group (now part of Solaris Bank) in addition to General Management roles in American Express. She provides deep insights on the strategic development of the payment ecosystem as well as on the overall business digitalisation and its opportunities. Flavia is passionate about building and developing high-performing teams and fostering an innovation culture in complex organisations. In addition, she is a keen mountaineer and skier, and she is Board Member of the British Mountaineering Council.
