Georgia Jones is a Payments Product Manager, currently at Transport for London. Inspired by her graduate scheme placement standing at Stratford Station's gateline, watching thousands of customers touch in and touch out daily, Georgia was drawn into the world of payments. Currently, she focusses on various aspects of open loop, including expanding onto National Rail stations and refining open loop processing. Despite her relative newcomer status, she's achieved significant milestones, including boosting acceptance rates, cutting scheme fees, and reducing open loop bad debt by over 40%.

In the last year, her work in open loop reporting, focussing on undiscovered fraud, has been recognized as pioneering within the transit industry. Her solution has since been acquired by a consulting firm for global distribution while she frequently collaborates with other transit agencies to share experiences about open loop, reinforcing her commitment to driving positive change in the transit industry.
