Gill Wells, Group Product Manager at Adyen NV, has been in the eCommerce industry for over 10 years in various operational, commercial and strategic roles across the merchant and vendor landscape driving payments and fraud strategy and innovation. 

Gill also serves as the co-chair and co-founder of the Women in Payments and Fraud chapter of the Merchant Risk Council. This role alongside driving gender equality and LGBTQ+ initiatives at Adyen enables Gill to help empower underrepresented communities with the goal to make our industry an even better place to work.
