With a global career spanning multiple sectors, Isabel brings a unique ability to join dots and people to push real innovation and cultural change boundaries. She has been in Financial Services for over 10 years, as a thought leader in Payments, Cyber Security and Open Banking. And has most recently been responsible for a major bank within the UK moving to the Cloud, with significant maternal outsourcing partnerships communicated to the regulators. She is passionate about inclusivity both from a finance perspective but also at an industry level. She feels strongly that Finance and Payments must be more representative of society to ensure everyone benefits from Technology advancements. 

In her current role as Head of Core Services, she reports directly to the CTO and is responsible for leading the Product strategy for Core Function enablers which support all Zopa's consumer and product journeys. These include Payments, Open Banking, Transaction Data, Membership Data, Consumer Authentication, Bureau Integration and Evidence store. It's a 'jump out of bed' role, where the scaling foundation decisions made will play a critical role in enabling Zopa's growth journey.
