Kaushik heads up the Global Banking & Payments team at Kraken and is part of the leadership team leading and managing all partnerships with banks and payments partners worldwide. 

Kaushik is a seasoned executive bringing extensive experience, built over 22 years, across financial services covering banking, payments, fintech, and mobile commerce in North America, Latin America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific. 

Kaushik has held a variety of senior roles at Visa Inc, Mastercard, Bango and most recently as the CCO at payments and remittance fintech startups -  successfully scaling and commercialising digital/mobile payment solutions for consumers, merchants, app developers, tech giants (Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Spotify, Samsung) and large corporates and mobile network operators worldwide.

Kaushik is a coach, mentor, a NED and active member of advisory boards to various payments communities, with fluency in multiple languages at various levels.
