Krystal is a Director and Head of Fraud Strategy and Framework at HSBC, directing global teams and strong relationships with senior management across various lines of defence.  A qualified accountant and with an MBA from Heriot-Watt, her corporate experience spans financial crime and fraud, operational risk, strategy, governance, policy, framework and financial reporting working with the big 4 consultancies like Deloitte and Ernst & Young as well as financial institutions including Royal Bank of Canada and HSBC.
