Leven Li is the UK Head of Compliance and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (“MLRO”) for Crypto.com. Prior to Crypto.com, Leven started her compliance career at Amazon Payment, and was one of the early team members and MLRO at the leading global BaaS platform Railsbank. She led the Compliance team and was responsible for regulatory licensing, building and implementing the financial crime control framework and infrastructure in order to support other Fintechs to succeed. She is passionate about creating agile regtech compliance solutions to provide frictionless customer experiences while meeting the regulatory framework and reducing exposure to financial crime.
