Masha Cilliers has built a successful career in the payments industry over the past 20 years. She has spent the past 12 years in the online and mobile sectors developing regional and cross-border payment business across many channels and verticals (Airlines, Hospitality, Retail, Digital Content and Financial Services). Masha started consulting in 2012 and has, to date, delivered projects for many merchants, payment companies, banks and investors. Prior to formally becoming a consultant, Masha played key strategic roles at DataCash, GlobalCollect and CyberSource. She covered business development, partnerships, innovation and new product strategy across global multinational markets. Previously to that Masha spent five years at Microsoft where she oversaw the development of electronic and mobile payments for the online sales platform in Europe. Masha’s foundation in the payments industry was established over ten years at Visa International where she worked on business development and product strategy in CEMEA region.
