Matthew has spent the majority of his career as a strategy consultant within financial services, advising banks and ecosystem players on corporate strategy, growth and business model innovation.

Having joined NatWest Group in early 2021 he has led the Bank’s strategic direction in Payments and its response to the evolving embedded finance landscape, including innovation at the point of sale.
