Nick joined Tandem in August 2016 as Chief Operating Officer. As COO, Nick is responsible for customer service, consumer lending, business operations, payments, supplier relationships and IT. Prior to Tandem, Nick worked at Santander UK where he was COO of its SME Bank; he also has a management consultancy background, having worked at both EY and Accenture. Nick has a strong track record in building, transforming and running outstanding Customer and Operations functions, working in an challenger environment and promoting innovation and change.
