Philip has extensive Financial Markets knowledge gained in a 25 year plus career in the industry. Philip is Business Development lead for IBM’s Blockchain payments solution, World Wire in Asia Pacific. he is also a member of the IBM Industry Academy representing Financial Markets.

Philip is currently based out of Singapore. He has worked for IBM in EMEA, North America, Asia Pacific, and China across a range of roles combined with a 17-year capital markets and Bank Treasury career. Primarily as a FX and Fixed income Trader.

He is a regular speaker at industry conferences on a wide range of subjects ranging from industry issues, technology challenges and trends particularly in the digital domain. Philip is also a regular contributor to IBM’s Financial Markets strategic thinking and FM White papers.
