Roenen Ben-Ami, co-founder and Chief Risk Officer of Justt, is an expert in the field of payments and chargeback mitigation. Together with co-founder and CEO Ofir Tahor, he has been responsible for the product vision of the company since it was founded.  Previously, at the payments service provider Simplex, Roenen built the Chargeback and Merchant Risk teams that successfully recover millions of dollars a year. Prior to that role, he served in an elite military intelligence unit in the Israel Defense Forces for nine years, attaining the rank of captain. As an officer, Roenen helped create an innovative operations department, accumulating experience in change leadership, human resource development and risk management.
