Sara Savidge
Based in Dublin and having joined J.P. Morgan in 2020, Sara is a member of the EMEA Wholesale Payments and Global Merchant Services Leadership Team.
With a 25+ year pedigree in all aspects of non-cash payment strategies and a deep understanding of domestic, regional and global systems Sara describes herself as passionate about people and payments. Working with and for many of the world’s largest corporations, payment and Fintech organisaitons Sara has been responsible for multiple international growth, expansion and sales transformation strategies across EMEA, LATAM and APAC.
Prior to her move to J.P. Morgan, Sara held a number of senior leadership and executive positions across the payments industry, in addition to leading the international growth agenda for J.P. Morgan Merchant Services, Sara plays a critical role in a number of vital J.P. Morgan strategic DE&I priorities including but not limited to Chairperson for the DE&I Committee in Ireland and Executive Sponsor of the EMEA Black Heritage Form.
Regarded internationally as a thought leader, Sara is an award-winning dedicated supporter of others and diversity champion; pivotal in driving intentional equality, diversity and inclusion agendas globally both internally and externally throughout her career. Recognised across the industry for her efforts and commitment to the advancement of underrepresented groups, Sara has been a global mentor, coach, sponsor, leader and advocate across various communities, sales, finance, STEM and payments forums for many years.
