Stefan's keen interest in food and tech came together nicely 3 years ago, when he co-founded Vita Mojo, a food-tech startup making personalised food. He started building organisations in university, organising music and film festivals in Beloit, WI, a small college town near Chicago. Since then, wether it was  research at Colliers International, setting up Factual, a political fact-checking platform, or starting Vita Mojo, the passion for transparency, efficiency and freedom of choice was always his driver.
